Subject: European Elections 2009 - List of Excluded Force New by the National Electoral Commission and the District - a warning to voters
The Provincial Secretariat of Forza Nuova Catania announced that the TAR of Lazio - Rome has rejected the appeal lodged by the Movement as a mere matter of a preliminary nature, namely that the Our justice system does not allow to use before the holding of elections, but is structured as a challenge to the election result, and then after the proclamation of the elect, in fact, no substantive issue has been examined by the judges.
It is so consumed, after the cowardly attack on our candidate for president of the province of Venice, cowardly attacked by some persons community centers, bringing a broken arm, yet another injustice against our movement, wrongfully excluded from a pretext and the electoral college, the island of Italy, where he had gathered acclaim certainly, higher than the national average (just think that, at the recent 2008 provincial elections, the Movement, in the single province of Catania, has collected nearly 7,000 votes).
This exclusion, illogical and illegal, (HOW COME ALL OVER ITALY AND THE LIST 'WAS ALLOWED AND NO ITS IN SICILY?), Will be overwhelmed by the judiciary that will result later, announcing right now that there will be challenge the proclamation of the elected forward the relevant TAR. resulting in a call for new elections, with all due respect to the costs that the state will bear.
