The FuoriSalone consists of a series of events, exhibitions, and performances are held in Milan in the margins of more formal and pompous Salone del Mobile. I was not in the center - the so-called Design District Brera (oh yeah!), Where historically the most sought after events take place by the people trendy and happening the more alcohol to drink - but in more peripheral Lambrate district, where a crossing a few streets composed largely of former industrial buildings converted into loft and exhibition has become the center for the collection of exhibitions of designer Netherlands.
Milan's how I'd like to see more often. A city on a par with major European cities, where ideas attract curious people and where we can recognize in an attempt to reconcile modernity and creativity in living. This morning, the spring sun made it less sad the idea that today, Monday, Milan returns to be gray, rude and a bit 'off as usual.
